Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped from Finland using Posti in Finland, PostNord in the Nordics and DHL in Europe.

You will receive a notification when the package has been shipped. You will also receive a tracking number via email which you can use to track your order via the delivery service website. If you have not received a tracking number, please Contact Us.

Insurance:

Each package is insured from the time it is shipped until it is delivered to you, or picked top from your nearest postal service point. Orders require a signature or identification check. After this point, the shipment is the sole responsibility of the customer. If you have specified a recipient other than yourself for the delivery, you also accept that the third party’s signature is sufficient proof of delivery and fulfilment.

Add Or Change Shipment Information:

If you need to change the recipient name or the shipping address on your package, kindly Contact Us. There may be additional costs included.

Unclaimed Packages:

Make sure to collect your package in time. Your local delivery services will inform you how much time you have to collect your package. If the package is not collected, it will be returned back to us. For all unclaimed packages you will be charged 30€ for all fees in connection with the returned delivery and handling costs. The fee will be deducted from the returned order refund or the costs will be be invoiced afterward.

Made-to-order:

Our jewellery products are made-to-order, which means we start production after we have received the order and payment from the customer. The production time depends on the products. Once the products are ready then we will ship your package to you. The delivery times above are estimates, and may vary slightly. 

For bespoke items, the process will take more time. We design the jewellery piece together with the customer, and once the customer is happy with the design, we will start the production process. Read more from our Bespoke jewellery Page. Production time might be longer depending on the piece. Once the jewellery is ready, we will ship it to you. Shipping times will be the same as the above estimated delivery times.

Orders In Finland:

Posti Package: Free
Approximately 2-5 working days

Free delivery to your nearest Posti Parcel Point. You can choose to receive an SMS and/or email from Posti when your package is ready for collection. 

Orders In The Nordics:

Postnord Package: Free
Approximately 3-8 working days

Free delivery to your nearest postal collection point. You can choose to receive an email and/or an SMS from Postnord when your package is ready for collection. 

Orders In Europe:

DHL Express Package: 25€ (climate compensated)
Approximately 2–5 working days

DHL will contact you with the delivery time and any alternative delivery windows or pick-up points in your area. The signature of the recipient of the shipment is required.

We deliver to Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, the Czech Republic, Faroe Islands, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom.

Please note that the customer is responsible for any customs duties, as well as any other country-specific taxes the delivery incurs.
